innovative tools help restaurant owners take control of their goods and as
a result, reduce waste, be more efficient, and make data-driven business
decisions.

What does this mean? It means spending less time on back-office tasks such
as inventory control, supply ordering, report generation, and more time
serving restaurant guests. Owners and managers can finally focus on
hospitality rather than stay behind closed doors surrounded by paperwork!

About You

We are working in a fully-remote environment. It comes with some perks,

able to schedule your work independently. With freedom comes
responsibility. We’re looking for passionate, hardworking individuals who
want to be part of something bigger than themselves. We look for people who
are good at communicating with a team in a remote setting (chats, task
management software).

About The Job

The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for leading No Spoilers’
overall partnership strategy, exploring opportunities, and executing to
advance the company’s mission. You’ll work closely with your team members
every step of the way – setting an agenda for what we should explore next
or how best to tackle a challenge head-on!

Responsibilities

  • Managing partner data in CRM and PRM software.

  • Creating and executing partner outreach campaigns.

  • Onboarding new partners.

  • Creating materials (slide shows, manuals, flyers) that can be used
    by partners in their onboarding process and in their lead
    generation efforts.

  • Supporting partners in their lead generation efforts.

  • Working closely with the Sales team in order to understand the
    customer journey.

  • Working closely with the Marketing team in order to create
    materials and campaigns consistent with brand identity and mission.

Skills

Required

  • Experience with CRM (Hubspot) software

  • Copywriting skills

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Figma/Slides)

  • Communication and people skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with PRM software

  • Advanced graphic design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator)

  • Sale experience

  • Social Media experience

  • SEO knowledge

Compensation

1000 – 1200 Euro (brutto) per month + 5% of revenue generated by the
partners
